Our hangin’ with series gives us a look into the lives of some of our customers and a view on how every person has a different story to tell and how they add a different personality to our models. This time we visited Torben Sørensen. A local clothes pusher and shop owner of Butts and Buttons.

 A day with Butts and Buttons offered sunshine, a glass of wine and a look into Torben Sørensen’s unique boutique in the middle of the main street in Esbjerg.

Torben is the prove that not all clothing stores have to run on the same concept. The idea was to create a place where people can stop by have a glass of wine and browse through the many exclusive pieces on the racks. The clothes you find here is not something you find in every other fashion store, the same goes for the interior and decoration. 

His passion for quality items is reflected in the clothes he sells and the interior and design of his store. He handpicks special pieces from Italy and only work together with family owned retailers ensuring that the quality and passion for the products are in alignment with his own.

 

A Tailormade solution.

The main goal was to create a solution for Torben that suited his style and at the same time displayed the clothes in the best way possible. We decided to go for a custom walk-in solution with room for everything from shirts and jackets to shoes and hats. Combining wall mounted racks and shelves we were able to create a flexible solution with enough space for everything needed. A sleek design with an industrial twist to go with the raw brick walls in his store. A design that is build to last and suits the concept of the store perfectly.
