Returns
If you´re not satisfied with your purchase or you´ve changed your mind, you can return the complete, unused items to us in their original packaging within 100 days of receiving your order, together with the return slip. It is not possible to return single parts of a product. We do not provide return labels for any order. You´re responsible for making sure the goods are well packaged and in good condition. Shelves and pipes must be packed securely and boxes can´t be taped together.
All shipping charges related to the return have to be paid by you and it´s your responsibility for the condition of the goods during delivery.
The return slip needs to be filled out and placed in every box that you send back, without this return slip we will not accept your return. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment as soon as your return has arrived in our warehouse and has been checked. It can take up to 14 days till your return has been processed.

We do not accept returns on custom orders and the RackBuddy Logan and they will therefore not be refunded. We advise you to check the dimensions before completing your order.

IMPORTANT: Packages sent to a parcel shop or incorrect address will not be picked up. Packages sent with the company HERMES will always be sent directly to a parcel shop within Denmark (see information Homepage Hermes). Therefore we do not accept returns sent with Hermes and will not be refunded.
Reclamation
Always check your order within one week of receipt. Please contact us directly when you received a damaged parcel, faulty items or pieces are missing. Please send pictures of the received products, in order to handle your complaint efficiently and quicker.
