Delivery costs are from 15€.

Delivery to non EU-countries - TNT/UPS: 

For non-EU countries, we are relying on the shipping companies TNT and UPS. Shipping costs start at 25€ for Switzerland and Norway and 29€ for the United Kingdom. You will have to pay additional import fees based on your countries rates upon receipt.

We always try to ship your order within 2 - 5 business days. For customized racks we try to ship within 7-12 business days. There may be delays in production, so this timeframe is only an estimate and we cannot be held liable for any expenses for tradesmen or other costs related to a delay. If you need to receive an order before a certain date, please reach out to us beforehand.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the speed in which the delivery companies are working. We ask you to follow the tracking link and let us know if a package is not moving forward.

Depending to which country you would like to order your RackBuddy, we offer different shipping methods at different prices. You can find an overview of the available methods below. Before you check out, our system will automatically list you the different options and shipping prices we offer for your location. 

Delivery to a GLS parcel shop:

After typing in your address, our system will automatically suggest the closest GLS parcel shops to your location. The advantage is that you don't have to wait for your parcel at home - the parcel shop will store it for you and you can just go and pick it up whenever you have the time.

Delivery to private address - GLS:

With this option, GLS will attempt to deliver the package directly to your home. In case the delivery attempt fails because you are not at home, the parcel with go to the closet GLS parcel shop, where you will be able to pick it up.

ATTENTION: The shipping cost for very large orders or custom orders might differ - we will, however, inform you before you place the order.
